It's about 13.33 a month X the amount of months left on contract.

fyi, if you were thinking of switching to Directv, American Express is giving $50 to switch if you do so before July 31st, which might help pay for any penalties. Plus their current specials at Directv saved us $788 the first year then $18 each month after the first year; we switched with 5 months left on our contract.
