Now that Ciel-2 is blasting away, what are the chances of the PI programming from 129W changing? I don't recall the criteria for PI channels, but if it is a percentage of channels, then that could be a factor.

I know Public Interest channels are of very little interest in comparison to all the HD LiLs lighting up and the gradual addition of National HD. :D Even so, there have been countless threads on Eastern Arc, Western Arc, and HD programming, but discussion (if any) about impacts on PI carriage requirements have escaped my attention.

A quick solution would be to mirror programming so that equivalent channels are available on the sats (i.e. the differences between 61.5 and 129 PI channels). As a member of the armed forces, I occasionally watch the Pentagon Channel and would appreciate it being offered from another location in addition to 61.5.
