Question ...D* C/S sucks since the merger with AT&T. After I called to cancel this years Sunday Ticket Friday, the twit never processed it, so it showed up on my August bill.I called in and got a combo C/S person that does D*, Internet and wireless.Totally clueless. She took it off but said I'd have to pay the bill for the 1st month and get credited for it next month. I called BS and asked for a supervisor. Then she said she could take the charge off of my bill this month. Once MLB package is over, I'm done. 9 years, but I can get tv for lots less $$$.

The merger has nothing to do with the CS issues ... they can be very good one time and bad the next.
Call back and get the Loyalty dept, formerly Retention.Called Directv. 1-800-531-5000. Got transferred to a C/S agent who's 1st question was to ask whether I was calling for wireless, internet or TV? She said the ATT C/S agents handle all 3.
