Any dish people in the Harrisburg pa area?

how do people in the harrisburg/lancaster/lebanon/york area feel about their dish network. I have noticed that Channel 8 is fuzzy tonight, is this the norm for NBC?

I know nothing about my sateliite, except for how to change the channel, and operate the DVR, where can I go to get more info. we have somone from IMPACT satellite install.

WGAL looks good from my rabbit ears. I have Atlanta locals, so I can't comment on Dish's feed.
I usually use the 811's OTA tuner to pull in the Harrisburg/York & Baltimore locals.
