Any new HD Receiver coming anytime soon?

I am planning to take the 722 upgrade from current 2 '211s'. I just want to know if there is a new receiver coming soon? I am especially interested in an HD dual receiver that allows HD on 'both' televisions.

No. There is difficulty in sending HD to TV2 due to copy protection requirements. Can't just send it in the clear over coax. There was mention of such a product being considered on the last Chat, but the implication was that we'll have holosuites before we ever see it.

I don't foresee any new receivers, significantly different from what we have today, coming out anytime this year or next.

No two HD independent output receivers coming any time soon.

I would love one too. Especially if it's a DVR.

I did that less than a month ago. $149 up front and will get a $100 rebate in the form of a check in a few weeks.

The box is outstanding! You will love it.

You could go w/ 2 612's or a 722 & a 612. Would cost you more but that would be 2 HD DVR's in your house. Then network them together.

Too bad the 612 is currently pretty unstable though. I'd hold off on the 612.
