My annual commitment on the HD Pack is up in less than 1 month. I know a while back there was talk about Dish offering the same deal that D* was giving

Did that promo ever happen and if so, is it still active.

I called a couple of weeks ago to check into that promo abd was told by the CSR that if I upgraded one of my receivers to an 811 on lease, or even just added it to my service, I would qualify for the 6 months free promo.

hmm maybe they have a special code that n one else has. The way it' been working, is fro brand new customers only.
