Any way to get Superbowl in HD?

Good afternoon,

A buddy of mine owns a restaurant and has Dish. He's closed every Sunday but since the host of our annual Super Bowl party is still without power due to the ice storm, he has offered to host at his restaurant for a few friends and family.

We in the Fort Smith, AR local market and Dish doesn't offer locals in HD yet. Is there any way to get the national NBC broadcast for one day? Would they make an exception, and if so who would I contact?

If the answer is no, are there any other solutions that could be arranged in the next 24 hours? I have DirecTV and used a CM4228-like antenna on my roof until they started broadcasting the locals in HD a few months ago. Could I somehow incorporate that antenna into his roof-top setup at the restaurant? He has a single dish on the roof and four or five receivers in his computer room.

Thanks

as for OTA, unless you can pick up KNWA(51 and not 27.2) you won't be able to get it. you may be able to "move" to little rock for a week and get kark, but those HD channels are on the 77 bird, so you would have to aim your dish for the time being. good luck to you, hope our ft. smith locals will be available soon. another poster on avsforum said that dish network is installing equipment like crazy, so that might be a good sign of things to come. that poster works at another station though and not knwa's.

There might be more issues with a commercial establishment "moving" its service address, than with an individual. But if an individual who's going to be there wants to "move" then bring their dish receiver and plug it in, that might work for you.

Do any of his Dish receivers have an OTA module to pick up the locals in HD?
He's not at the restaurant tonight so I won't know that until tomorrow. It was installed about six months ago with four HD, non-DVR receivers. I don't know if Dish has a "standard" receiver that fits this profile or not. If the receivers do have OTA input, is there a way to tap in on the roof if that's where the switch is?

As a last resort, I can bring my DirecTV tailgating setup so we can at least have HD on the big TV behind the bar, but if there's a way to get it on all four TV's that would be ideal.

That's what I was thinking - that it might be hard for a business to "move" and then move back. Having a friend go through the trouble of "moving" for just one TV probably isn't work it - my backup plan of bringing my DirecTV tailgating dish and receiver would be easier. Thanks for the suggestion though.
