Hello,

I recently subscribed (for the first time) to iO digital cable. As I scroll through my channels, I find (1) there are channels I *know* I'm never going to watch; and (2) some channels that aren't on my plan (iO Silver).

Is there any way to remove them from the channel up/down function? (on my regular TV I could do this). Would "blocking" them with parental controls do the trick?

Thanks!

Chris

Blocking would only put up a blocking message. You could program the ones you like as favorites and then you can push the fav button on the remote, but it only works up.

Ugh - so there's no way to eliminate those channels I have no need for?

I have many more favorites than they allow. I just want to block/eliminate the Spanish channels and the "unauthorized" channels, much as I was able to do, before, with my regular TV set and service.

The best thing to do is make all the channels you like a "favorite" then use the favorites buttun when channel surfing it will only surf the "favorites"
