Just wondering are they anyway to off the irritating blue circle light on the HDDVR's ?

Don't get me wrong, I love the DVR but that light is very bright especially watching in a dark room.

Sure, press and hold the left button on the circle, and then press the right button 4 times (slowly), each time will make it a little dimmer then off.

It's also a nice way to see when your receivre reboots, since a reboot will turn the LED's back on.

Easiest is read instruction book, but for those that can't read push both left and right sides of circle until light shuts off. It will turn back on with power failure or software download.
