Anyone else getting annoying PM's from DFARHD?

I keep getting annoyiing PM's from a new user DFARHD, asking about FTA stuff (not hacking related). I told him to ask in open forums and he claims not to know how. Funny how you can register for a site, learn how to PM, but don't know how to ask a question.

Can someone please look into this guy since I can't block the PM's and he is refusing to use the forums.

Did you put him on your ignore list?

yeah, but it's not blocking the PM's. I didn't think the ignore list worked on PM's. The user has no posts
