Anyone else having issues with pic size.

Up untill yesterday I had no problem with my HD pictures on my 55 lcd. But since yesterday the 16x9 images and other HD content is either stretched way to much or even worse, the image looks zoomed in on.
My 722 is set to 16x9 and the TV is set to natural or native.
The only setting that seems to look correct is the 4x3, but then my HD picture is about 22 inches wide but its in the proper proportions.

Anyone else having issues.?

On your remote, press the * (format) key until you get to Normal....

I've had this before too, where it is already set to normal but the picture all of a sudden looks squished, usually when I have FSN HD tuned in before the broadcast actually starts. I just flip through the options, when I get back to normal it is fixed. Not sure why it does it.
