anyone else in the Dayton DMA areahaving issues with signal?

keep getting problem communicating with dish error 771a error..

it that a signal issue or something else?

771a is the power supply to the LNB. Have you moved the little black box with a green light on it? It should be behind one of your receivers.

it was weird, the black box was powered on (nothing get to it it is behind something) i reset the nearest reciever to it and it started working.

now however i show we have signale (tuners show 92%+) yet no shows are playing

Have you moved it from it's original location?

no nothing has moved, been in same position for months, all of a sudden today we are having issues

work for a few hours then same thing, channel will start showing another channels content then when we try to change channels it freezes, a reboot will make it work for awhile then same issue

Sounds like you need a service call. Possibly a bad SWM LNB or SWM splitter
