I got home last night, looked at my DVR events list, and my M-F 4:00PM recording of "The Screen Savers" was STILL recording. The length of the program was over 6 hours and counting. 
In the almost 3 months that I've had my 522 - I've never seen THIS before.
FYI, I'm running in Single Mode, and there was no other programs recording last night. My hard drive is about 1/3 full of recordings.
I've also noticed more pauses and drop-outs lately on recorded shows. My TiVo never does this. My 510 never did this.
When my receiver was new, I never had problems. As time goes by I get more weirdness. Does the 522 have a hard drive checking/repairing process and/or a defragmenting process?
