Anyone gotten free PPV coupons?

during directvs investor presentation (page 81 of the PDF file specfically) earlier this year (hearts program and all that), the best customers were supposed to get

priority call center/next day service calls/free inhome service calls/4 ppv coupons per month/participate on advisory board/other rewards

I've not seen one PPV coupon. Am I not a best customer? They said so when i called to activate my new tivo last month.

Oh well Charter is coming to our neighborhood..

I wrote Directv last week and still waiting their response..

They never add new channels..

they are acting stagnant....

but they still are taking my money...

and my phone company has cable as well. and in 10 years I get,,,, ARE YOU READY FOR THIS ONE.. all my MONEY BACK.. ALL OF IT EXCEPT TAXES.. this is true.. we are a co-op and because we own systems that are not part of the co-op, every year we get what we spent 10 years ago back at Christmas time.. and I am not lying.. over $800 the last four years in a row..
 
I have gotten a few coupons in the bill a while back.. but I have never used them, So seeing I did not use them , at least not yet, maybe that is why they have not sent more.

Has anyone used the coupons ???
Did you get another one after you used the 1st one(s) ?
