Anyone having this problem on their H10

Just turned on my HD reciver and I only get to choose between the 480 pictures. This just started happening before in a small balck screen I could make my choices to 1080, now blue screen is coming up with 480 choices only? should I unplug or is it somthing else. Also I am not getting HD channels

Got it fixed, looks like direct tv did some software updates which reset some settings.
