Are any of you experiencing problems transferring DVR

files to your new Hopper 3? I have gone through the prescribed protocol, and it simply does not work. I do not want to go through the old transfer to external hard disk then to DVR string, but it is beginning to look like that is the only way.

Yes. DON'T worry about transferring back to the Hopper until you get your feet wet. You can always watch directly from the EHD.

Thought direct transfer from Hopper to Hopper3 wasn't active yet. I transferred mine to EHD then from EHD to H3 for the few I wanted, otherwise I will connect & watch from EHD as needed.
