I'm the mhking who put together that list -- it's long out of date -- I'll get around to updating it eventually. The ownership information is the same though.

WAGA is a Newscorp O&O, just as WUPA is a Viacom O&O. WAGA should qualify viewers for the Fox HD, but since WUPA is a UPN station, it wouldn't qualify you for CBS.

Comcrap keeps trying to tout that fact to try to retain HD users who are interested in satellite.
