Atlanta , CW in HD

I was just on the phone with D , to ask a few things and they ask if I was interrested in the HR20 and I said no because I want to be able to switch between tuners like on the Tivo and the OTA is not active yet , she said that there had been no work on the Duel tuners and that she heard nothing about them switching on the ota yet , she told me that I would get all my ota channels through the dish , I said all 4 she said no 5 they just added the CW . Can anyone confirm this ?

As right now I am not seeing it in Phoenix AZ. (Which is rather strange, since we have are local independant station in MPEG4 (They also own the CW station)
