Posted here because it affects DISH SlingTv.
The FCC is looking into an Att apparent plan to allow no Data usage for the new DTV Now online programming if you have Att cellular, and of course not for other online plans. To me no question it comes under Net Neutrality, but even more is comes under allowing the type of mergers that are taking place.
