I'd call WFXS before Dish. Recently, there have been a number of militant local nets with their retrans agreements.

It's always amusing how these local stations portray themselves as the victim.

WFXS sounds like they are in a pinch with the analog shut off coming up and not having the digital OTA ready to go. Better try to get as much cash as possible now.
