Audio dropouts and channel signal loss

I am getting the message "Channel Signal loss" on STARZ ch351 HD as well as audio dropouts. Anyone else having this problem? Also, the lips don't match up with the words right now. Thanks.

Currently do not see this on our current channel issues list. Are you still experiencing this problem? If so how is the signal off of

(depending on which Arc you are in.)

I am watching off the 110 sat. As of right now, it is working fine. (3:50pm EST) If I have any more problems I'll report back in.
