Audio fluctuating

I searched the forum for this post and didn't find one,..I'm having my TV with Joey audio on most programs fluctuating from low to regular volume after each pause of each sentence from the program on at the time.
I recently changed tv's and maybe its not a Hopper/Dish problem. If it is the tv's problem, has anyone else experienced this and what did you do to fix. I watch alot of NBA games and it's very noticeable during the game,...very annoying. Thanks in advance.

By any chance is your TV is a Vizio?

Yes it's a Vizio and have seen that post, but this one does not have the SRS TruVolume ...I guess it's a tv problem and not Dish. Just thought I'd ask about Hopper/Joey. Thanks again

H/ave you turned Volume leveling on or off on the Hopper and see if there is a difference?

Also try changing the audio output settings on the joey to PCM only.
