Audio Issues on FOX 21 KQDS

Anyone else having audio issues with Fox 21 KQDS? Im getting really weird, only way to discribe it, digital scrambled sounds. Ive noticed it while watching DVRd prgs. I tend not to watch LIVE so not sure if its happening live or not. Ive done a reset on the receiver, but its still doing it, but only with this 1 channel.
