Audio low on BBC World News

I just switched to Flex with News, so I now have the BBC World News channel (281). I notice that the audio volume on this channel is substantially lower than the other channels on Dish. I can of course turn up the volume on my TV when watching this channel, but if I then change channels I get blasted.

Can one of the DIRT people contact the proper people to get this fixed? Thanks!
