We got hit by lightning, ergo new Dish receivers and they upgraded us to a VP 722K box.
The new box is connected to our LGTV via HDMI cable, (0n the old one the audio was connected via RCA connector I'm not sure what the video connection was but not HDMI)... the problem is that the lip sync is off.
The really odd part is that if I connect our receiver via RCA connectors to our amplifier the lip sync is fine with only the external sound turned on.
I would expect it to be the other way around, the HDMI is direct to the TV.
If you play both together you can hear how far apart they are.
My wife has hearing issues and this drives her crazy.
Does anyone have any idea how to fix this.
The TV only has digital audio output, I'm having problems finding a amplifier that has digital in.
Does anyone have any recommendations?
