I have finally scanned in BYU but the audio is a bit strange.

I can hear the audio, but there is a message loop playing over top of the English saying something about this is the "Spanish version of BYU...if you are having problems..."

I tried different PID's to clear this up but it doesn't fix the problem.

Is this normal?

If I remember, if you hit the audio button on the remote you can select the right or left channel one is the spanish message and the other is the usual audio you want.

yeah BYU uses multiple audio tracks on both

I know the one (BYU) on G28 (89W) its audio 1 LEFT...hit the audio button and scroll to left. That should clear it up. Is it the one on G28 or Satmex5?

KTWO is the same way (sort of). Its out of phase...volume is real low on stereo but if you hit Left or Right the volume gets louder

On my Coolsat 6000 I press the green audio button, and then use the arrow keys to select the audio track and audio mode (Stereo, Left, Right).

K2 has quite a "reputation" around here.

At KCWY, we call it, KWHO? For real comedy, tune in during the morning show. They have a new weather forecaster who can barely talk. Needless to say, they have a hard time keeping good staff. They go to "black", quite often.
