How can I tell if my DPP44+ switch is bad?

I have a Dish 1000 which I'm trying to get hooked up to the DPP44 switch I purchased. I have the 119 feed going into port 1 of the sat inputs, 110 into port 2, and 129 into port 3. I have the power inserter plugged into port 1 on the receiver outputs, an 811 on port 2 out, a 501 on port 3 out, and a 2800 on port 4 out.

When I do a switch test none of the receivers see the DPP44 switch.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I went back and disconnected everything then was very careful an reconnected everything. It is working now. I think the coax between the inverter and the switch was bad. Swapped that cable out and everything is working.

It is actually not an inverter, but an inserter. But we knew what you meant. ;) Glad you got it working.
