Tom Glavine may be out for the season....?

Bad news for Tom Glavine.. but for the Mets? Not so sure over his last 8 starts he's been so-so. This could be the result of the blood clot. The Mets couldn't afford to
have him go out and be so-so.

Hopefully it'll just be a clot and it'll be dissolved by meds and he'll be back for Sept as good as he was in the beginning of the season. THAT is what they need.

Great News for Mets Fans! Glavine does not have a blood clot.

Mets will hold press conference later today with more info.

Glavine will need to be on DL for 15 days.
