Baines: New Altitude network still has some hurdles to clear

It isn't available yet on most local cable TV systems and the programming for the first month may bear little resemblance to what it eventually becomes but the Altitude Sports Entertainment network will have its soft launch next Saturday. With the financial backing of network owner Stan Kroenke who also owns the Denver Nuggets and the Colorado Avalanche Altitude no doubt will have a big impact on the local sports media market.
