I dunno.. I find it somewhat disappointing that it has come down to Activision VS EA in the battle of "Best Generic Modern Based First Person Shooter." Of course it won't stop me from trying out both games.

My buddy loves BF2, but I also see everyone getting into CoD. Are both OK, if you dont intend on online play, just like FPS's??

Yeah but it's hard to justify buying such games because their single player campaigns are typically very short ( modern war fpses)
