BB and DoD Stopped Working All of a Sudden?

Had my 1H/2J system installed and runngn perfectly for about two weeks now with no issues. Came home today, however, and BB and DoD had stopped working. Nothing happens when either icon is clicked - the Hopper just goes back to live TV without ever bringing up the on demand menu. Has anybody seen this before?

Mine did the same thing. I did the red button reset and it is working fine now.

I have exactly the same problem, Internet is working properly.
