Bell or Shaw<Starchoice> Purchase Voom!

Would this not be a great idea for one of them to purchase voom and get a chance at the us market. BCE has the money to do it and voom does have a good platform but would the american fcc allow a foreign company to purchase. Starchoice this would be a perfect fit for major expansion and shaw has the money to do it, voom seems to be a bargin wirght now and it would be a sham if charlie got a hold of it.

very true DCX....one of the flaws now is the location. 61.5 isn't the best prime spot. The west coast has an elevation of about 12.

Both the FCC and CRTC would have to approve it (as with anything video or audio that crosses boarders)

Rumor has it that StarChoice may lease some space off the satellite at 105° or 129°. The one thing I do know for sure is StarChoice/CANCOM is NOT going to be leasing any space on Anik F3 which will be placed at 118°
