Benchmark Transponders and Signal Strength Readings

Can someone please tell me the optimal readings on the 1000.4 dish that one should strive to attain when setting up an Eastern Arc dish? On western arc the transponder that seemed to be the target was 11 and a signal strength of over 65 for 110 and 119 with 140 for 129. I would like to know the targets for Eastern Arc dish. Thanks
