Best Deal for Dish Network Without Credit Card / Referral Program ?

Anybody know the best deal one can get online for someone that does not have a credit card or someone that has a referral program for such a deal?

there pay as you go set-up (flex tv) does not require a credit card or credit. you can pay any way want check, debit, pre-paid debit card.
you will need to purchase equipment though, which can be a deal breaker for some.

I heard of a really good deal that a retailer had not that long ago but forgot which one it was. I was hoping to find one that gave money for referrals for this particular promotion.
