Good News for SBC/ATT Subs

I've been looking forward to this since it was announced last year.

Based on how long it took for the 942 to become available through SBC, I am figuring that the 2Wire solution will be available to us (SBC customers) before the 622 will....

Reports elsewhere suggested that the announcement this week in regards to the mediaportal now called mediazone. My guess is that dish said dont release the media portal sbc/at&t until mpeg4 is up.

At&t's quarterly earnings report points to a quarter 2 release we shall see. This is one mighty fine box. What will people think when this box outpreforms the 622? Will you have a lot of angry dish subs? yes

They are not available yet, however they are testing them out in a small area in Texas.

I've noticed SBC putting up a lot of flags marking their lines in my city lately. I'm hoping that this is good news for my area since I live pretty close to the CO.
