Billing "Error"

Has anyone else had their bills messed up?

I've been paying for the past three months since we signed up, and now Dish "closed" my account, and opened a new one for me where they are trying to bill me for another month in advance.


Anyone else see or catch this one?

Only error I ever had was when I elected auto pay, I started throwing away my bill that came in since it was on autopay, so I thought until the day they started calling wanting their money 3 months later.

Nice.
