Billing Question

I thought I read somewhere in the forum. If you have the (America's Everything Pak-AT180 + 4 Premium Movie Packages for $81.99) on two DVR receivers. You won't be charge a $4.99 additional access fee for the second receiver. Is this true? Because I been paying the additional access fee for a year now.

you wont get charged the DVR fee, but the add'l receiver fee is still charged.

exception is a dual tuner receiver (main one) plugged into phone line
