Birddog USB PLUS Version 4 Problems

Hi guys, I bought this real cheap. But now I wonder if it works. I'm trying to get Sat 119 I have a Dish 500 with two lnb's. I went to birddogs site and downloaded the files. I went diseqc and set it to A and I still can't find 119. Any ideas? Steve

My birdog (not the plus model) doesn't seem to work the same as it use too (way back when) especially when trying to point the DPP
I'm not sure what happened either dish changed the ID or whatever (coming off the sat) or the newer software from birdog changed or didn't change
This seemed to all happen when dish was upgrading, replacing or moving the birds around to different slots, a few years back.
I rarely have to point that dish anymore and when I do I just grab a dp single and use that to point the 500 one sat at a time.
