Black screen on channels from sat 72.7

Dear friends:

I have a vip722 receiver.
I get reception from sat 119 & 72.7

However when I tune any channel from sat 72.7 all I get is a black screen, no error, no nothing just a black screen. If I enter the check switch option on the menu it shows both satellites 119 & 72.7 If I press the info key while on a black screen channel I get full programming info but no signal.

Anybody has an idea why this is happening ?

I'm pretty sure you need the new security cards to receive the channels on 72.
