Black screen problem

My HR20 has worked fine since I got it, quite a while ago. But, the last three times I've tried recording Last Comic Standing, all I end up with is a black screen for the entire duration - no sound, no picture. Works on everthing else, it's just this one show it seems!

Does anyone know if this is a problem with D*, the HR20, or operator error?

also happened to both of my HR20's...call in and get them replaced with the HR21. It, too, has some issues, but I haven't had a single problem with recording or playback since mine were switched out.

I've never had a recording issue with my HR20's yet, I've had them since they came out.
I will not move to a HR21 unless it's last resort.

On a couple of occasions the screen goes black (sound is ok). I am going to call for a replacement tomorrow.
