The land is in Southbury CT, I'm the overseer of it for my friend we got hit first by the dying ash trees, then the tornado hit the land, then a logger made a deal with the owner, who raped the land and left a bigger mess.
That is just one small log the place is loaded with black walnut over 8 acres
The logger took most of the big trees but left a lot of huge stumps very huge limbs 20 inch wide limbs but the big stuff is deep in the woods not for the faint of heart or a person that cannot use a very large chainsaw even whole black walnut trees without a top is there but again its only for a REAL WOOD PERSON TO HANDLE
