Blank "posts" in thread

In this thread, http://www.satelliteguys.us/threads/329534-New-Joeys-are-made-in-India-not-China, I can see a number of posts from "jazzfan" while one shows up like this:

Just noticed it doesn't have a post # either - it's showing up between # 23 and # 24. Further down, between posts # 29 and # 30, there's another blank post from foghorn2.

Any ideas ?

Pub Members see that for deleted posts.
I believe it should also give the reason if one was given when the post was deleted and who deleted the post.

Yes, those are both deleted posts by the original poster. No reason was given.
