Blue Spinning Circle in Picture in DirecTv Streaming

There is a spinning blue circle in the middle of my DirecTV Streaming picture with "15' on one side of it and "30" on the other. It looks like a fast backward/fast forward symbol. How do I get rid of this? I've clicked on everything on the screen to find an "on/off" switch.
