I worked a couple internships with a couple "Uecker"s. IE, they were great, but not great enough at baseball to make it completely in the MLB. Got to be hard to be that close. Uecker was able to make a career otherwise, both in gaming calling and acting. His role in Major League is epic, though I don't know if that will be a generational role.
