I'm having issues locating a satellite at my apartment and a friend who knows little about satellite TV gives me this Bulz-I-Meter V to help locate the bird. I can't get it to show me squat. Does anyone know if the meter even works on Dish Network Birds ? I'm thinking that it's probably made for the old 8 foot dishes ?
