Sorry if this has been addressed somewhere else but I couldn't locate it.
Is the pricing that I get for Dish in a bundled package with Frontier any better than I could get from Dish itself or the Dishstore?

You will usually get your best deals through Dishstore. Bundling binds you to Frontier and their customer service. Not suggested. More flexibility if you are a direct Dish sub.

We have also found out that some offers are not available to those who bundle. The Cinemax deal for auto pay and paperless billing was not available when I was bundled with Centurytel. I also could not get remote access to my 722 when I was bundled, this may have changed since.
