Im interested in starting a directv business. (sub-contractor) Who do I need to contact in Phoenix area? Ironwood? Aerosat? What are the steps that I need to take to get this business rolling?

There is an installer forum on this site. Try there. This is the wrong place for this discussion.
Along with moving this to the installer area you could also simply try calling DirecTV and asking them straight from the horse's mouth so to speak.
