C Band Help

As some of you know I bought a 1.8 meter Fortec C band combo pack from Sadoun.
Over the weekend finally got it installed. Now I need help pointing it.
True south is no problem. How do I set the elevation? My 1.2 meter ku is at 31 degrees up. I know the offset for that dish is 22 degrees. Do I set the elevation at 53 degrees and go from there?
I am located in south Florida zip 33435.

The are 2 angles to be set, Elevation and Declination
See the pages below, use the "Modified Polar Mount" chart
Make absolutely sure the Mount is Plumb on the Pole!
