I have a Zenith HDR230 and the manual says it can receive digital CADTV from bands STD, IRC & HRC. I was wondering if C* of Woodbury's broadcast basic package is encrypted or not? I'd like to get this but I really don't want to dear with the myriad of fees that go with a C* box.

Broadcast basic, which is just the OTA stations, is not encrypted and should come in fine, using STD CATV.
