I got my bill, sure enough, they had taken me out of my promotion.

All calls and emails to Bright House produced no results. It took a complaint to the Orange County Cable Franchising Authority to get me back on my promotion.

Don't be so quick to say it's taken care of until you see your next bill. The computer may decide to remove the promotion on its own.

Ummmm....what's that phrase?.....ahhhh.....oh, yeah--"I told you so."

i think we need to focus on the fact he got the situation resolved and not gloat about being correct!!!!!
